Processing & Production Time

Most Crawler Terrain products are made to order using high-quality 3D printing processes.

Please allow:

  • Up to 2 weeks for production and processing
  • Additional shipping time depending on carrier and destination

Production times may vary during:

  • Sales events
  • Holidays
  • New product launches
  • High order volume periods

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Occasional promotions may include free shipping offers on qualifying orders.

Domestic Shipping

Crawler Terrain currently ships throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.

Crawler Terrain is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Crawler Terrain is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact us through our website.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Damaged Shipments
