Crawler Terrain provides made-to-order 3D printed RC crawler terrain products, accessories, and related merchandise designed for hobby and recreational use.

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You will use our products safely and responsibly.
  • You agree not to misuse or reproduce our products, designs, or content without permission.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, colors, and dimensions. Due to the nature of 3D printing and handmade production:

  • Minor variations in texture, color, finish, or appearance may occur.
  • Product colors may appear differently depending on screen settings.
  • Some products may contain minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.

All terrain tiles, accessories, and obstacle systems are intended for hobby-grade RC vehicles and indoor/outdoor recreational use only.

3. Made-to-Order Production

Most Crawler Terrain products are made to order.

Please allow up to:

  • 2 weeks production time depending on order volume and product size.
  • Additional transit time for shipping carriers.

Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary during holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods.

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Crawler Terrain reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time.
  • Limit quantities purchased.
  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

If an order must be canceled, customers will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Crawler Terrain is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect addresses submitted during checkout

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products:

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery regarding damaged products.
  • Approved returns may be replaced, repaired, or refunded at our discretion.

Normal wear, misuse, improper assembly, or damage caused during use are not covered.

  • STL files and digital assets
